Penny is Rod's wife. She is a qualified airline pilot with degrees in chemistry and psychology.
Penny took a break from aviation in 2003 and joined the firm to help Rod grow the business. Penny has since returned to aviation as a simulator instructor and a consultant in Human Factors which she delivers on behalf of Bowen & Partners.
